I’m Darina.

I am an ICF accredited leadership coach, programme facilitator and speaker.  I have 20 years experience in designing and delivering talks, workshops, master-classes and programmes for corporates across FMCG, Tech, not-for-profit and food industry in the UK and Ireland.

While working as a director in London’s high pressure high performance event industry, I became fascinated with the patterns of behaviour and the factors that enabled or disabled success. I studied Neuro linguistic Programming (NLP) in 2005, which cemented my life-long passion for exploring the habits, drivers, mind-sets that deliver success.

I realised that everyone has the potential for greatness. My mission became clear: to help more people realise and achieve their greatest potential. My role as a coach is to challenge and empower you to design the life and work that you want and to develop a set of tools and a plan to achieve it. Take the first step, let’s connect.
